Last Updated: December 2025 By commissioning me, you (the Client) agree to the following terms. Please read these carefully before sending a deposit.1. PAYMENT & CURRENCY
All prices are in USD.Payments are accepted via [PayPal / Stripe / Cashapp / Zelle / Venmo / GogglePay ].Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.Payment Plans: For tiers over $1,000, I offer a 3-part payment plan (30% Start | 40% Mid-way | 30% Delivery).Work begins only after the initial payment is cleared.2. REVISIONS & CHANGES
Sketch Phase: Unlimited minor changes and up to 3 major revisions are allowed.Final Phase: Once the art is finalized and I move to Rigging (2D/3D) or Animation, no major design changes can be made.Post-Delivery: Technical bugs (tracking issues/glitches) will be fixed for free for 30 days. Aesthetic changes requested after delivery will incur a $100 minimum fee.3. USAGE & COPYRIGHT
Commercial Rights: All packages include a commercial license for Streaming (Twitch/YT/Kick) and Merchandise (up to 500 units). For massive commercial distribution, please contact me for a separate contract.Artist Rights: I retain the right to use the work for my portfolio, social media, and reels.Credit: You must credit @Isabella_Cute55 in your Twitch "About" section or Twitter bio.4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
The 30% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the time spent on concepts and administrative setup.If the project is canceled by the Client after the artwork is completed but before rigging, I will retain 70% of the total cost.No refunds are provided once the final files have been delivered.5. TIMELINE & COMMUNICATION
Turnaround Time: Average delivery is 4ā€“8 weeks. I will provide weekly progress updates via [Twitter DM / Discord ].Deadlines: If you have a specific debut date, it must be disclosed upfront.Ghosting Policy: If a client is unresponsive for 14 consecutive days without prior notice, the project will be moved to the end of my queue and a $50 "Re-activation Fee" will apply.6. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Client is responsible for ensuring their PC/Hardware can run the software (VTube Studio, VSeeFace, etc.).I am not responsible for troubleshooting 3rd party plugins or hardware tracking (Leap Motion/iPhone) beyond the standard setup of the model
